If you are one of the many who finds it overwhelming to step into a gym, we are here to help you. Our wellbeing gym is designed to be your first step towards a more active, healthy lifestyle in a supportive, friendly and private environment. All programs are designed by a physiotherapist, taking into account your injuries, in conjunction with your pathology and personal needs, to facilitate a pathway towards your optimal wellbeing.
If you would like to meet with one of our physiotherapists to see how a program in our wellbeing gym would benefit you, please contact our friendly receptionists for more information or to make an appointment.
We also offer the following range of group fitness classes which you may find more suited to your interests and needs.
Forever Fit Exercise Class
Our fun Forever Fit class is targeted at retirees wanting to maintain and improve their overall fitness. This is a one hour long interval class with stations set up for upper and lower limb strengthening, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular fitness and core strengthening. Participants of all levels are accommodated and work on an exercise plan suited to their abilities and focused on their desired goals. If you are interested in this class, please contact our reception staff to arrange an assessment with Will Littler.
Forever Fit Class Timetable
Monday: 10:00- 11:00am
Wednesday: 10:00 - 11:00am
Thursday: 10:00 - 11:00am
Dynamic Core Class (Pilates)
Pilates is a great way to improve strength, stability and flexibility. The exercises work on improving the endurance of deep abdominal muscles to aid in injury recovery and prevention of recurrent injuries. With classes led by a physiotherapist, you will be taught correct technique and have an individualised program for your injury.
Classes are now available at Woden Integrated Physiotherapy on two days during the week and run in 8 week blocks during each term. Class size is limited to 6 participants per class to ensure adequate room for performing the exercises and to ensure the safety and appropriate monitoring of movements and practice.
Please contact our reception staff to find out more or to put you name on the waiting list for the next class. If you are unable to commit to the 8 week program, you can put your name down on our 'casual list' and we can call you if there is a cancellation in a group. Please note that we do not offer make-up classes so it is in your best interests to make sure you are able to attend your chosen class for the full 8 week block. We will, however, try to accommodate any extreme circumstances where possible.

Please contact our reception staff to find out when the next class is starting.
